Leg Lifters

Transfer without pain..........

The Leglifter is a fully portable device supporting the lower leg to assist a patient to and from the bed. Relieve the pain of leg transfer allowing independence, helping to lift the legs into bed without the pain and effort often associated with this action. Helping to reduce the need for assistance. The Leglifter is height adjustable so it can fit to almost any bed strapping around the base of the bed. When not being used the Leglifter folds flat to the bed and does not hinder transfer.

Technique and training is the key, so if you have a client and are struggling to find the solution for leg transfer please call the office for a member of our staff to arrange a joint visit.

There are currently 2 variations of the Coral Leglifter

LL/3 Fits to the side of a bed or chair. Pad size- 15" x 30"
LL/4 "Hanging Leglifter" Will fit most profiling hospital beds. Pad size- 15" x 30"

Bed and Chair Version Leglifter (LL3)

This version of the Leglifter is mainly used with divan beds. This fully portable device is for people who experience problems moving or raising their legs for transfer into bed. Height adjustable and folds flat when not in use. Easily fitted to a bed or chair, controlled with an electric free, air operated handset.

Hanging Coral Leglifter (LL4)

Similar to the LL3 in specification. The only difference with this however is the legless design of the lifter, designed to free up floor space and can be attached to hospital profiling/metal framed beds. Not suitable for Divans.
